Lynne Kashmir Trek 1985
Whilst staying on the houseboat we could hear the constant 'plopping' noise of kingfishers diving into the water. The lake was covered in beautiful water lilies. Every day a man in a canoe, called 'Mr Marvellous', came to each houseboat to sell flowers. The sunsets through the billowing distant monsoon clouds over the plains of India were truly breathtaking.
